5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability.
  • Shipping partners may include Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, or others.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer:

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item
to request a return.

✔ Replacement – You can place the replacement order within 2 days of delivey, Once the product is received it will be inspected and the replacement will be approved within 2 days then the product will be dispatched to you back within 2-3 businessd days
✔ Damaged/Defective Product Policy – If the product received is damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

Important Conditions:

  • Returns or replacements are evaluated case by case.
  • The product must be unused, with original packaging and all items included.
  • Replacement is not available for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
  • Consumables like ink cartridges are not eligible for return once opened/used unless defective on arrival.

RD Store reserves the right to approve or reject any return/replacement request after inspection.

7. Warranty Policy

RD Store provides 6 months warranty on handheld printers only for manufacturing defects.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Mishandling or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Ink cartridges or consumables

Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and defect details.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund (if applicable) will be processed according to payment gateway timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on therdstore.in—including images, text, logos, videos, and product descriptions—is the property of RD Store.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

RD Store is not responsible for:
